What are the cancellation conditions?

In order for Batmaid to be well organized and best manage the hundreds of cleanings that are booked every day, we apply the following cancellation conditions:

• Up to two days before the cleaning: relax, you can always cancel your reservation for free from your Batmaid account
• One day before cleaning (until 6pm): you will be charged for one hour of cleaning
• After this deadline you will be charged entire cleaning
