This information is provided in compliance with the articles. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter "Regulation"), to users (hereinafter: "Users" or "User") of the website https://boellinger.info/ and of any mobile application for it (hereinafter: “Site and App”), owned by boellinger.infoalia Srl Data Controller of personal data (hereinafter: “Owner”), and has the purpose of describing the management methods of the Site and App with reference to the processing of personal data, as well as to allow Site and App Users to know the purposes and methods of processing of personal data by the Owner in the event of their provision.

Batmaid collects data relating to Users at the time of registration on the Website or on the App and in the following circumstances:
when the User visits the Website;
when the User books a cleaning service through the Website or by telephone ;
when the User submits a complaint to our customer service;
when the User receives marketing-related information about our services and products;
when the User participates in any promotion or market research survey;
when the User uses or communicates with Batmaid or an agent through the Website;
when the User provides voluntarily information online;
by telephone, recorded phone calls, email communications, interviews with the Batmaid team;
through use or viewing of our Website via cookies from the User's browser;
through third-party websites, provided that the User has already consented to sharing the data they have provided on such websites.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Batmaid collects the User's data for the following purposes:
provide a cleaning service and manage the booking account;
help the 'User to efficiently access their account;

for any statistical and data analysis purposes without personal re-identification.
Furthermore, Batmaid collects data of the User for marketing purposes. METHODS OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Data Controller ensures that personal data are processed in full compliance with the Regulation, in paper and/or electronic format, also with the aid of automated procedures. The processing may also be carried out through automated tools designed to store, manage and transmit the data.
The data collected and processed will be protected with physical and logical methodologies such as to minimize the risks of access not permitted, dissemination, loss and destruction of data, pursuant to art. 25 and 32 of the Regulation.
In particular, the User's data will be stored on the Swiss company Exoscale and on Amazon servers, which guarantees compliance with high security storage requirements.

If the Owner does not receive a cancellation request, the personal data will be retained for a period not exceeding 10 (ten) years, starting from the date of the last access to the Site and/or App by the User.
DATA TRANSFER
