If there is damage to your home, please contact us within 48 hours of the cleaning session during which the damage occurred. Please send photographs of the damage to support@boellinger.info so we can review the situation together with the cleaner. If the damage is confirmed, Batmaid Srl has civil liability insurance to cover damages up to €650. Please note that in the absence of photographs or if communication is not made within 48 hours, Batmaid Srl declines all responsibility for the damage that has occurred.
