How do I reschedule a reservation?

You can reschedule a cleaning session by logging into your Batmaid account within the "My Cleanings" section. Within the "Upcoming" section, click "More" and select "Edit Reservation" from the drop-down menu. At this point all you have to do is follow the instructions to request the changes. Please note that to change a reservation without incurring any cancellation fees, you will need to request changes at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time. For more information, visit the 'Cancellation conditions' page.  Please note that if you change the duration, date or time of a cleaning session, the representative may not be able to accept your change request due to a lack of availability. If your preferred employee is available, he or she will be automatically selected by the platform's algorithm.
