You can cancel a cleaning session for free by clicking on the "My Cleanings" tab within your Batmaid account. Within the "Upcoming" section, click the "More" tab for the cleaning session you want to cancel, then select "Cancel." The cleaner will be informed of the changes via email. If you would like to cancel your regular cleaning booking, please contact us by email at support@boellinger.info! To avoid cancellation fees, you will need to cancel your cleaning at least 48 hours in advance of when it is scheduled to be performed. For more information, visit the 'Cancellation conditions' page.
