In the "How can we get in?" section. you can provide more information on how the Batmaid employee will be able to collect the keys. You have three options: Be present to welcome Agent Batmaid Give the keys to the doorman Hide the keys in a safe place. If you decide to entrust a copy of the keys to the cleaner, please note that Batmaid does not handle any transfers or key issues. Batmaid is therefore in no way responsible in the event of loss or problems relating to the exchange of keys with another cleaner.
