Here are our conditions: You can cancel or modify your reservations by logging into your Batmaid account. To cancel a cleaning session for free you will need to cancel it at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time of execution. After 48 hours, cancellation fees apply. You will explain to your cleaner the specific tasks to be carried out: changing sheets or linen, rearranging brochures, accessories, etc. If your usual Batmaid agent is unavailable for unexpected reasons, be sure to properly notify us of all tasks that need to be performed, or provide all necessary information to his or her replacement. Since our customer service is closed on weekends, if you have any problems we won't be able to respond to you like we do during the week.
