You can cancel end of tenancy cleaning for free directly from your Batmaid account at least 48 hours in advance of the cleaning date. If you cancel a cleaning between 24 and 48 hours before its completion, we will charge you one hour for each employee booked (the number of employees depends on the number of cleaners our system proposed to fulfill your request). If you decide to cancel the cleaning service less than 24 hours before it is due to be performed, we will charge you the total amount of the cleaning.
